Beamonics Partner Portal Terms of Use

Welcome to the Beamonics Partner Portal. By accessing or using the Partner Portal (“Portal”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Portal.

1. Definitions

  • “Beamonics” refers to Beamonics AB and its affiliates.
  • “Partner” refers to the authorized business entity granted access to the Portal.

  • Users must have valid login credentials issued by Beamonics.

  • Partners must keep all non-public information confidential.
  • Use of confidential information must align with business activities involving Beamonics products.
  • Partners must comply with applicable data protection laws when handling personal data accessed through the Portal.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including product information, technical documents, and marketing materials, is the intellectual property of Beamonics.
  • Partners are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use content solely for authorized business purposes.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

6. Compliance & Restrictions

  • Partners must comply with all applicable laws, including export control and trade compliance regulations.
  • Use of the Portal for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes is prohibited.

7. Termination

  • Beamonics may suspend or terminate Portal access for violation of these Terms of Use.
  • Upon termination, all licenses and permissions are revoked immediately.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Beamonics does not guarantee uninterrupted Portal access.
  • Beamonics is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Portal use.

9. Modifications to Terms of Use

  • Beamonics reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time.
  • Continued use of the Portal after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Sweden.
  • Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or court proceedings in Lund, Sweden.
