Cost model · BeamStack® in-situ cross-stack

Ten-year cost of a fixed gas measurement point

Compare a BeamStack cross-stack analyzer against a point electrochemical cell over the life of the installation. Every figure below is yours to set. Replace the starting values with the quotes and service costs you actually hold.

Method. Costs are accumulated monthly and discounted to present value at the rate you set. Capital and installation fall in month zero. Replacement cells fall at each multiple of the replacement interval. Service labour and event costs accrue evenly across the year. The crossover is the first month at which the cumulative BeamStack cost falls at or below the cumulative electrochemical cost, and it is calculated before any residual credit.

The starting values are illustrative placeholders, not published prices or measured performance figures for any product. Replace them with your own quotes, service contracts and event history before drawing a conclusion. Currency is a display label only and no conversion is applied, so enter every figure in the same currency.

This model compares a single fixed measurement point. It does not price differences in measurement range, response time, cross-interference behaviour or certification scope, all of which vary by gas and by application. Speak to us about your specific measurement before treating the result as a like-for-like comparison.
