BeamSight® for CO₂ & CO Analysis
Remote, in-situ measurement in demanding industrial environments. Measure CO₂ and CO directly in the gas stream, without sampling, without contact, without downtime. BeamSight® is a remote and portable TDLAS gas analyzer used where extractive or point sensors fail due to heat, moisture, particles, access constraints, or safety risks.
When BeamSight is the right tool
BeamSight is designed for applications where gas composition matters, but physical access is difficult or undesirable.
Typical challenges we solve:
- High temperatures damaging probes and sensors
- Condensation and clogging in sampling lines
- Delayed or diluted readings from extractive systems
- Unsafe access to ducts, stacks, or confined areas
BeamSight measures CO₂ and CO remotely, across an optical path, directly in the process environment.
Measurement Principle (TDLAS – Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy)
- Narrow-band laser tuned to a specific CO₂ or CO absorption line
- Measurement based on fundamental molecular absorption
- Optical path measurement yields concentration × path length (ppm·m)
- Immune to cross-interference from background gases
Result: fast, selective, drift-free gas analysis without consumables.
